A great saint of South India, Thayumanavar wrote:
_You may control a mad elephant_
_You may shut the mouth of the bear and the tiger_
_Ride the lion and play with the cobra_;
_By alchemy You may earn Your livelihood_;
_You may wander through the Universe incognito_
_Make vassals of the Gods_; _Be ever Youthful_
_You may walk on water and live in fire_

*Control of Mind is not easy and more difficult*

Control of Mind can be achieved easily by *CHERRY PLUM , ALMOND AND LETTUCE FLOWER ESSENCE*
